A native of Bolivia and a graduate of Universidad Privada Boliviana with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and Logistics, Pablo has built a strong international track record in telecommunications and other key sectors.

Pablo’s expertise extends across environmental initiatives, education, and e-commerce, where he also serves as a strategic advisor. Known for his skill in fundraising and strategic vision, Pablo has consistently driven growth and innovation in every organization he has supported. He is also the Co-Founder of a prominent software outsourcing company in Bolivia.

At Atoll, Pablo plays a pivotal role on the Advisory, Banking and Structuring team, leading the bank's global partnerships with institutional investors, family offices, qualified purchasers, and venture capitalists. He heads business development activities across SaaS, mobility, and telecommunications, combining his sector expertise with a commitment to fostering relationships and identifying high-impact opportunities across global markets.
